Who here has split their RPM signal to more than just the the Tach? I had my tach and my HKS Turbo Timer using the tach signal and now neither one are reading my RPM's.

I had read somewhere that you need a device like a HKS Revad to split the signal so you don't fry something.

I'm afraid my SAFC won't work if its not getting the RPM signal. I'm hoping to tune the car this weekend.

Was your speedo working before? I never heard of you needing a special device to share the tach signal. I hooked up my friends tach turbo timer and afc without using anything special just splice and go. I would check over your wiring if its never worked before. Your S-afc definately won't work if there no tach signal. Its not going to know when to switch over to the next preset in your tuning. -Alex

Tach was working before. Speedo should have. It just stopped working at some point. I know it worked with the PFC in there.

check for power to your gauge cluster. More than likely you got a bown fuse somewhere. Is anything else not working?
