Splash shield replacement help

Just recently purchased an 03 g35 and I discovered the splash shield under the car is in terrible shape and needs to be replaced. The problem is the holes that are on the under lip of the bumper are torn and I can't use screws to screw the shield in. What are some other options to get the shield to stay on??

You would need to replace the bumper for a real fix....otherwise you would need to figure out some mixture of bolts w/washers to try and reuse the same holes. You could also try getting new clips/bolts and drill new holes for them through the shield and bumper
