did spl stop making this??http://www.splparts.com/doc/GT...t.htm

im looking for a really nice option for upgrading my front Z32 calipersi looked on their site but i dont see it anywhere besides that install writeup thing.

god i really hope i can still get them. best, affordable rotor kit ive seen with the largest diameter

can anyone give me a price?rear kit?can i still get these?

anyone make something similar to this spl kit with the rotors, spacers, etc?i believe that rotor is 12.8in.

thanks

oh thanksdidnt know it was already covered

damni guess theres no chance of getting them then..

the poweredbymax kit looks pretty good. is that same size rotor as SPL?i looked on their site and found it and the rotor diameter doesnt look very large. plus, i wonder if that would be special order or they have those in USA..

also, i saw the JSK spacers..those look pretty nice..but the site that was posted in that topic, was dead.http://www.autobrakeworks.com/...r.htm

looks like you went with the JSKs. how did they work out?what rotors did you end up going with?price for both spacers?did you ever get pictures of your setup?

thanks a lot!

This site is good. This is exactly what you are looking for but cheaper.

http://www.jskinnovations.com/...r.htm

JSK adaptors are made for 350z track rotors. I haven't installed mine yet. I still need rotors, pads and brake lines. I'm going to get powerslot rotors(need to drill 4-lug), project mu pads(f/r) and project nissan brake lines.

if you really want to waste your money on this kit i have the punk racing big brake kit with centric 350z rotors, I would be willing to sell you them for pretty cheap. they are even drilled for 4 lug too. I will be switching over to standard 300zx rotors in a few weeks so let me know if you are interested in them.

concept z brackets are expensive. Basically, any brackets out there will work. All of them are basically the same. Punk Racing brackets will work too.

TOPSECRT88, you have do-luck double six wheels, Right? I hear you. You want to fill the inside of the wheels along with performance upgrade. Yeah, that's where I'm going too. You should get 17/16 z32 master cylinder and z32 rear calipers too, so you can have better split.

You can buy calipers from junkyard, ebay or auto parts stores(re-man). I bought front and rear calipers in fairly good condition from eBay, powder coated and rebuilt them myself.

Sorry. A company in NJ powder cotaed for me, and letters are sanded down after. You know you can buy a can of high temp spray paint from auto zone and you can do it yourself too.

alright..ill search around some more.the concept z ones are around 480 shipped i believe for everything. that is the price range i was going for so i might just get those.

autoanything.com has Power Slot rotors $142.95 each shipped.

http://www.autoanything.com/br....aspx

If you get JSK brackets, rotors and brackets should be a little over $400.I paid $35 for powder coating each caliper and just shipping to NJ. They paid return shipping.

alrighti think im going to do that

just to double check..

get these..http://www.jskinnovations.com/...r.htm

and these..http://www.autoanything.com/br....aspx

142142119 =$403

much better than that conceptz kitconceptz was what....480 shipped..f-that

these rotors will work with the adapters then? rotors are 12.75 or 12.8 or whatever the adapters will work with?

is there any advantage to running powerslot over brembo?i havent heard a negative about either..i just planned on getting brembo because they are better known performance wise in the braking world.

thanks alot for all the info!!

SPL kit had power slot rotors. You can get brembos, but they are more expensive.

They have extra $20 off if you order before 1/1/2008 and orders over $169, so it's even better. Just make sure to get rotors for "Track Edition w/Brembo calipers." You might want to look into rear conversions too. Just make sure to get R33 e-brake cables for your s14.

TOPSECRT88 has s14 with RB26DETT pushing about 520whp, so this setup might work pretty well after all.

and??? he bought that car already build, and to but a half *** brake upgrade on it would be ghey, if he has 30 grand to buy the car spend the 2g's on a "real" brake upgrade.

Mines are from z32. They are 30mm Aluminum.Yours must be 30mm IRON.Skyline R32 calipers look similar to 30mm iron too.

A normal z32 30mm setup, with real boy pads (Carbotech), stainless lines, and normal cheapy carquest Rotors (none of that silly powerslot junk) works awesome, all day everyday.

My setup:

Z32 Iron 30's up FrontCarbotech Panther+ pads (although want XPs next time)Normal Carquest RotorsStainless Lines

Stock s14 rear, Carbotch Panther+ pads, normal carquest rotors, stainless lines.

All with a z31 master cylinder (for correct/silvia k's knee point)

All day long, no problems.
