Neo Oil

http://www.splparts.com/Parts/...s.asp

We have tried various oils from Mobil 1, Royal Purple, Amsoil, and found NEO to have superior high temperature breakdown and oxidation resistance. Try it yourself - compare how long NEO oil remains clear (no oxidation/breakdown) after changing your oil.

We recommend 15W-40 for most year round use (except 30deg or below weather) and the 20W-50 for racing use.

NEO synthetic 15W-40 specsViscosity Index 180 (ASTM D-2270)Total Base Number 10.5 (ASTM D-2896)Flash Point 470degF (ASTM D-92)Fire Point 520degFPour Point -50degF (ASTM D-97)Film Strength 6x petroleum

$39 for a Gallon

1 Gallon = 4 qts. (SR, CA, KA require 4 qts.)

Brake Upgrades

http://www.splparts.com/Parts/...s.htm

Braided teflon brake lines can improve pedal feel and reduce line expansion which causes pressure loss. Our custom built brake lines from Technafit feature a smooth bore inner teflon hose, bonded stainless steel braid reinforcement, and an outer cover to prevent dirt from getting between the steel braid (which can rub against the teflon hose and over time cause a rupture).

Notes about brake line fittings:

The stock brakes lines use 10mm banjo fittings. These lines can also be used with Z32 and R32 calipers, but in some cases the banjo bolt may bottom out against the tapered seat inside the caliper preventing the banjo fitting from sealing tight. If that happens, the bolt can be ground down to shorten it slightly so it no longer bottoms out against the seat. Alternatively, the tapered seat can be removed from the caliper.

We also offer lines that are a direct fit for Z32/R32, these use a 10mm inverted flare (I.F.) fitting instead of banjo fittings.

If you are fitting other calipers, such as Brembo, etc, please call us regarding which lines you need.

$44 per pair - $88 for a complete set of fronts and rears.

ATE super blue brake fluid has a dry boiling point of 536F and wet boiling point of 414F, exceeds DOT3 specifications and is compatible with other brake fluids. ATE brake fluids come in metal cans to eliminate moisture absorption on the store shelf, ensuring you get the maximum life out of your brake fluid. Also unlike other brake fluids, ATE brake fluid does not absorb moisture quickly and will not require as frequent replacement.

Note: we recommend that the brake fluid be replaced yearly and before every racing event for best performance.

$16 p/ Can

We recommend 2 cans for a complete flush. You will have some left over, which is beneficial for later bleeding.

Speedbleeders

Speedbleeders are bleeder screws with a built-in one-way check valve, so only fluid and air can exit the bleeder but air cannot get back into the system. This makes it possible for one person to bleed the brakes - simply open the speedbleeer 1/4 to 1/2 turn and pump the brakes (while checking and maintaing fluid level in cylinder), the check valve eliminates the need to close the bleeder screw between pumps.

Comments: Great time saver and provides consistent brake bleeding. Also great for changing out brake fluid at the track.

Warning: Do not overtighten speedbleeders.

$14 per set of 2 ( you need 2 sets to cover all 4 calipers ).

Drivetrain

http://www.splparts.com/Parts/...n.asp

They break more often than you think. We've sold out of the Z32 ones and alot of 240 owners have gone through them as well in the past. We have them in stock. I recommend changing this out when you do a clutch service, ESPECIALLY with an aftermarket clutch.

Forged chromoly SCM435, black oxide finished.

$29

Our ever popular SPL clutch line :)

$24

I don't know why most supliers do not ship to Canada, its just as easy as shipping any where in the states.

It's not the same if you use UPS or FedEX. There are extra customs charges, fees, and paperwork.

We DO ship worldwide.

Negative... we'd run out of money chasing down people that don't pay.

It should bolt onto the manifold, as the SR uses the same pattern and overall same diameter, but I don't know about the rest of the stuff.

I would appreciate it very much. 70mm TB's are kinda COOL for a N/A machine.
