From time to time we often wonder how well we are doing and what we can improve on. Let me know what we can do to better serve you guys.

Here are some sample questions to get you thinking:

1. How would you rate SPL's customer service?2. How would you rate SPL's pricing? 3. If you could change one thing about SPL what would it be?4. How was/has been your experience with SPL? Basically give us some feedback ... do you hate us and wanna run us over with your car and do burnouts on our bodies? Lemme know (so we can report you to the FBI ) Either way I'd like to get some feedback.

I think it is all good stuff, pretty competitivly priced for the type of items and the quality that you guys sell.Friendly and knowledgable, except that guy that reccomends CA engines Just kidding!

Now if you only starting importing engines Or at least import an engine for me!

You guys are great.... But:

Need an 800 number like the srswap guys. I hate to call longdistance and then be put on hold. I know you guys are busy, so I thnk thats the only thing I can say.

Other than that, I have bought a messssssssload of stuff from you guys and no problems.

Other things come to mind..... Tracking numbers...... Frequent buyer programs...... Stickers......

i've ordered a few things, and every time i call, i have to talk to this jackass named alan. seriously... you guys need to get rid of him, hes a horrible employee.

i only bought a clutch line but the transaction left a good impression. quick responses via email, delivery times accurate to what was quoted. OVerall very good service.
