SPL Parts Questionaire

From time to time we often wonder how well we are doing and what we can improve on. Let me know what we can do to better serve you guys.

Here are some sample questions to get you thinking:

1. How would you rate SPL's customer service?2. How would you rate SPL's pricing? 3. If you could change one thing about SPL what would it be?4. How was/has been your experience with SPL? Basically give us some feedback ... do you hate us and wanna run us over with your car and do burnouts on our bodies? Lemme know (so we can report you to the FBI ) Either way I'd like to get some feedback.

I think you guys are great.

I ordered some parts about a week ago one afternoon.. and they arrived the next morning. I was very surprised.

I guess one thing that I noticed was that the brake fluid wasn't packed very well. When I took the box to my room, I could hear the aluminum can bouncing around in there. It's not very important, but if there was a sharp object in the box, it's possible that the brake fluid could have been punctured.

Anyway, awesome experience, good communication, and hella great prices... /end *** kissing..

And i know you said to email comments, but it's a good idea to let everyone read the reviews, so prospective customers know who they're doing business with.

why would they want to sell parts of other companies when they make those parts alread? its like McDonalds selling Buger King hamburgers.

don't know yet but within the next two months i whould be odering a few parts from you guys.

i was thinking parts like apexi intakes, exhaust hangers(NISMO even!) and other companies like URAS BLITSZ, etc(which makes things they dont)...

obviosly. I like to do business regularly with few companies, rather than lots of scattered business with like 50 companies.

which is why I use phase-2, SPL, and such so often.-chet

1. I have yet to have a problem with you guys2. Pretty good prices I would say 3. Definately more parts (more brakes stuff, more electronics, wheels, etc.)4. Great stuff, shipping was really fast and it was free!

My experience with you guys has been much better than some others i can name. Two thumbs up. I would just like to see more companies that carry other products to actually place them on their page, since i don't like to spend any more time on the phone than i absolutely have to. Especially because i can order 24-7 on the computer, and not have to worry about it getting lost.[for the most part=)]
