It is true that you are getting a set of rear tie rods out of it (though tie rod ends seem not to be included from the pictures)
They say on the site (It's under suspension->rear multi-link for anyone else interested btw) that replacing the rear tie rods with genuine nissan parts is pretty expensive, but I don't know myself how much they cost. If you went with one of the more affordable units you would still be concerned with having tight tie rods for optimal handling.
I can only guess that is the reason for most of the expense, getting new rear tie rods out of the deal. The other part of the piece would not be very expensive to fabricate. I wonder if the supplied rear tie rods are *that* expensive or if they are just overpricing a rare system(hicas) eliminator.
It may be an excellent quality eliminator, but $426 can buy so much and go so much farther. Getting a non-hicas piece for the back subframe is probably much less expensive. I may shoot them an email to see what they have to say for themselves, that price sticks out among all the other affordable quality parts they make.
