For those of you running lowering springs and good tires on a FGY33 OEM design rear shocks and experiencing rapid wear on the inside of your rear tires, this may be of interest to you.

why waste $$ when S14 suspension parts work great?? Thank you though...

Because 240SX parts were made for a 2000 LBS lighter car.

yeah, but my Cusco's are built for drifting that car under huge stress loads and the Y33 won't be seeing any track type stress.....

But the whole point is that I appreciate you looking out for all of us members. I just think that it would be in all of our best interest to get quality S14 parts that can handle the cars weight difference for much less than those new...now if you are choosing knock off S14 parts instead, then that would be a huge mistake...very huge mistake.

so spl modifying a bend for clearance using the same tubing and ends changes that how?

i think it's pretty funny how vip is stupid in the q forum but as soon as people are needed to spend money here it is. then comes the talk of reliability and fitment. problem is we don't run stock suspension, we don't have the same issues/goals, and we've been doing these mods for years with success.

personally, i'm all about spl but would i pay ~$50 more for a one off version of something that has already been proven to work? nope.
