I just installed new subframe and diff bushings in my S14 and holy crap does that thing vibrate at speeds above 60. My rearview mirror turns into a blurry mess. Is this vibration normal for a VLSD or is there something out of alignment? or loose?? It is borderline unbearable above 70 mph.

Anyone with a similar experience?

If I were you, I'd do the balancing for all 4 wheels. I think there was a slight vibration before, and solid bushings just made it worse passing all those vibrations to the cabin.

Yeah that's what I was beginning to think too. I am hoping that the bushings aren't too loose. The rear ones slid right in without having to press or hammer them in place. Is that typical?? I feel like these are amatuer questions, but there were no instructions on the SPL website that outlined proper install.

Was there any play once they were in? I hope not. Sorry, I'm not familiar with the bushings. I have spacers on mine though.

I could slide them in and out easily, but there wasn't any play laterally that I could feel.
