Spits and Sputters

I need some ideas. When im at idle the car runs good but just spits and sputters every once in a while. Like every 5 or 6 seconds or so it will just go pop, pop. You can't hear it but it shakes the car. Any ideas? I know my injectors are dirty, u can here them ticking, my timing chain needs replacing, and the timing could be off. SO my guess is its one of those.

:thinker Wait, I think its my O2 sensors. Ive never changed them which would be making bad readings. Ive never changed the pvc either ! WHOOPS
