Spinning Lug Nuts...help?!

my lug nuts are spinnin, i replaced them about a year ago, and when i went to rotate my tires, 3/4 lugs are spinning..any bright ideas on how to get em out? ive searched and found nothing =/

If you don't really care about the face of your wheel, break the lug nut with an air chisel.

do u mean the threads on the stud are stripped???

yeah are the studs spinning or the lugs stripped onto the studs?

the studs are spinning, and they're enkeis, so theres no way to get a chisel in there =/

Rough place to be, drill the stud out from the back, or weld them to the hub. Then replace the hubs

yeah, both that stud and the hub are most likely effed.

That's happened to me a couple of times. Are you able to turn the lug nut? Trying to loosen it up but it just doesn't seem to get loose? Then the stud if done for. Just keep turning it until the stud snaps. Unless it's just free spinning. then...

well it took 4 hours of trial and error, but i finally was able to drill those buggers out with a hammer drill and a titanium bit.

All I had to buy was the bit, some cutting oil, and the lugs/studs
