Speedometer wire colors needed for 1993 S13 (with 2JZ swap)

I recently swapped a 2JZ into my S13 and I got my tach working, but I am having a tough time figuring out where the speedometer wire(s) is.

I am using the R154 trans with the 2JZ and it has the ABS sensor so I plan on using its pulsed output for a speed signal. I will need the converter box to translate the signal to work properly with the S13 gauge, but I don't even know what wire I am looking for. Alldata shows two wires (Yellow/blue and Yellow/black) coming from the stock speed sensor that go all the way to the cluster, but I don't know which one is signal and which one is ground.

Also, the R154 abs plug has red & black & white wires coming from it. I would assume +12 / GND / signal. Can anyone confirm this?

I searched for almost 2 hours and came up empty on this one.

the stock wires only have two, like you stated, but not a ground. the sensors a AC genorator.
