A couple of weeks back i was merging onto a highway when i noticed that my speedometer was completely wrong. my speedometer was reading 40km/hr when clearly i was doing more than that! GPS actually was reading 114...

I was able to replicate it twice since, but now i haven't been able to in a while. They dealership did a computer check and said it must be mechanical, but they will raise a note.

I have the infomous tranny rattle as well, just wondering if there could be a link between the two?

any thoughts?
