Speedometer stopped working...

Anyone know how to fix this?

It will work for awhile, then it will fall back down to ZERO. Then it will start working again.

Will swaping out the entire cluster fix this?

Or is there another way that i can fix this?

I have posted the same thing people say its the speedometer head, and yes you can replace the cluster, but a lot of 240's have this problem...
