speedometer sits at 115 all the time?

i have i 90 240sx ka24e and the speedometer sits at 115 but sometimes while driving move back to 85 or 90 then falls back to 115. whats up with that? also the overdrive light blinks when you start the car?

check your vehicle speed sensor on your transmission. May be broken or croded wiring or check the ohm resistance value of the sensor. start with that.

hey thanks i will try that if it wiring would it be wise to taped it back together.also i am trying to find a 5sp sway cause mines auto .
