Speedometer quit working, stumped... Help pls

I was out the other day and my speedometer quit working while i was driving.
But before it quit i noticed my emergency brake dash light came on along with the intelligent key warning light right before the speedometer quit.
Abs light was already on due to me damaging the abs sensors during a Hub change a few years ago.

I replaced the VSS on the Transmission thinking that was the issue.... Issue still remains.

Car still runs and seems to drive fine, speedo will work very briefly during start up until those warning lights come back on and then speedo quits.
Usually once I get up to 15mph then dash lights come on and speedo quits.

I'm at a loss and never encountered this before, so if anyone has been down this road before and can impart some wisdom I'd sure appreciate it.
