speedometer Problem?

i just finish my swap and my speedometer is reading wrong...it seems like i'm going to fast when actually, i'm not...i have a 95 240sx w/ s13 transmission and speedsensor.any ideas?

Put an S14 speed sensor in. It should be common knowledge by now to keep the speedometer the same as the chassis.
