SPEEDOMETER PROBLEM.....HELP!!

I will try to hold back my anger as my patients left me several hours ago.

Here is my set up 91 SR20 auto to man swap. KA speed sensor is working fine but....... No signal. We hooked up the wires to the Y/B Y/L wires nothing, tried to bypass directly to cluster...nothing. I can see where the Y/B and Y/L wires go into the engine bay No2 harness but they do not come out the other side? What the hell? Reverse lights, parking lights, and RPM all work but no speedo!

I also tried wiring direct to my Defi HUD but still nothing.

Can anyone help? I would like to use my USDM cluster but this is getting ridiculous. May be I should have bought a GPS speedo.
