On my 93 d21 since I've got it the speedometer odometer and trip all do not work (i use gps for speed) its generally not a huge deal to me but id like to fix it. Anyone have this problem before or know how to fix this in the cheapest way?

In 1993 the D21 trucks still used cable driven speedometers. It sounds like the cable is shot to me.
