Speedometer not working HELP!!!!

SO i was driven today and all the sudden my speedometer just dropped to 0 mph and i was goin like 65..... i need me some help i used the search bar but really couldn't find anything to help myself, I have a 91 s13 and the speedometer is not the electric type... any help would be great thanks

If the rest of your gauges are working, it's probably the speed sensor. The speed sensor is on the transmission, the sensor closest to the driveshaft, it's held on with a 10mm bolt I believe. You may need to replace it, check the wiring first though.
