Speedometer not working and Rough idle maybe cams?

Well ever since I installed my SR20DET S13 the speedometer has not worked. I thought it was the speed sensor and recently replaced that and the gauge cluster and still nothing, everything else on the cluster works fine anyone got any ideas? My idle is pretty rough aswell it pulls about 12hg normally. I cleaned my IACV with carb spray and it still idles the same, my current setup is S13 Blacktop550cc injectorsZ32 MAFSFactory ECU tuned ECU15 pounds of boostGT28RSthe motor sounds like it has cams when it idles but I really dont know if its running bad or came with cams. It really starts to pick up good when it gets to about 4to5000 RPMS. Anyone got cams???? Is that around the idle you get? I have not took off the vavle cover and I really dont want to. Any suggestions would be good. Oh and i cannot find any vacuum leaks.
