<speedometer> not always functioning

Its random malfunction I never know when it will function and when its not. When its not the milleage also does not work and at 3250 rpm after 20+ seconds above it the fuel will cut off when not working

Can i repair this myself and what parts do i need

Do you mean the fuel gauge cuts off or the fuel to the engine?? The speedo not working could be a loose connection if the fuel gauge quits working. It sounds as if you could have a loose terminal on the back of the cluster or a bad speedo head.

The fuel gauge is ok but the car kinda stop pulling (i.e. no gas) until RPM drops below 3000 and then back to normal and if i kept it at 3300 rpm again it will happen again All this only happens when the Speedometer is not working
