Speedometer is oscillating

Hi, my speedometer is oscillating, I don't know if this is because a short circuit or because the speed transmission sensor is not working, I would like to know where is the harness connector that connects the speed sensor to the speedometer, does someone know? I would like to think that maybe is not well connected. Thanks
