speedometer help

Ok after the first time driving it, my speedometer doesn't work. But my ecu does. I double check all the wiring and its all good. I used both main and lower wiring harness from the clip. Is there a way to put a volt meter on the speedometer signal and what should I expect while it's running. Or can I Plug my USDM gauges?

could be a bad speed sensor in the transmission.
