I know a few people have done this and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how to do it.

Ive talked to a few people who i believe cut a wire in-line fromt eh cluster to the transmission and through a switch on it. Making the speedo/odo/trip not work when the switch is in the "x" position and and it works when in the "y" position.

Anyone know how to/what wire/where i can find info on it?

There is a wire that goes from your speedo to the ECU. I believe its green and yellow. You cut that and your ECU will never see the speed but your speedometer will still work tho.

If you want you can throw a switch inline with that wire as well.

I dont know if SR20 has a rev limiter in 4th and 5th

just get a speed cut limiter. they're not that expensive and u can retain everything.

Slightly off the topic, but I was wondering... Someone told me that if the ECU doesn't see a speed signal for 10 seconds at WOT, the engine will shut down.Is that true?
