speedo ?

i went to check out a car last week and had a question about it. The kid had gotten some motor work done, all i know is the head was replaced. i started the car up and it runs fine but the speedo jumps around, i didn't get a chance to drive it so i don't know if it actually works. has anyone ever had this problem or know what to do?

i have a video of it of my camera but it's to big, anyone know how to cut a video in half?

as for the video question, there are a ton of guides at divx-digest or is it dvix-digest..
