IIRC the n/a would be the one you want.

The 300zx speed sensor N/A or TT shouldnt be any different, if you have it, and stick it in with the red gear on the end, it should work. Also.... Where is the sensor input? If its on the back of the transmission towards the shifter you dont have an RB25DET transmission, if the sensor input is on the middle of the transmission, then it is a RB25DET transmission.

The sensor imput is on the end of the transmission. The transmission came on the engine, it just didnt have any sensors in it. Do you think that the transmission will work, ive had it off to put the clutch and flywheel on, and i replaced the throw out bearing, and everything went smooth. What are the possiablities of trannys that it could be, the sensor looks like it needs to be alot shorter??? I need some serious help, i got fu**ed on this engine. Wrong ecu, wrong transmission, wrong wiring harness, and the shop wont do anything for me....Im really starting to get discouraged. Maybe i should have just stuck with the sr. Thanks everyone...

AC Delco part number is "SC78"---$40 brand new, which is the same as Nissan "25911-40P10" (From a Z32 TT). All you have to do is put your old gear on it.

So from compareing pictures i have come to the conclusion that they gave me a rb20 transmission, which really sucks. Does anyone know if this transmission is longer then the rb25 transmission, im afraid that my driveshaft wont fit. Also, i need a speed sensor for it, i have read that the ka24 speed sensor will fit, does anyone have one for sale, i cant really buy aftermarket because they dont come with the gear, and i need it. Thanks!

You got yours from Osaka too? They don't have very good customer service over the phone I found out... I personally went there to pick mine up. And I've only called them once after I bought my set, and I haven't had any problems with it.

Press on my friend, I know it gets rough, but keep going!

I ordered my friend an SR20det from osaka (longblock to replace his blown SR).. They sent us a motor with bad valve seals and a seized alternator.. Then I called them and they gave me some roundabout **** on the alternator - and sent us one from a B18 integra motor?!?

They are garbage, and if you want I will go in for you on my way through montreal and smack them in the face.

PS- Best of luck man, you're working against all odds here.

Im a little new to the RB's. I about to get a already swapped 93 Coupe with RB25DET S1 engine and Trans. Speedo doesnt work because of the speedo sensor is RB. Which speedo sensor should i get? Im hearing mixed answers on what i should use.
