speedo question

i have a 93 240 hatchback KA engine stock tire and wheel sizes (aftermarket wheels!) and i think my speedo might be off the gears and everything else is fine tran gear rearend and everything what will cause this problem?

i should mention to that when my speedometer ir reading 75 im actually going 70-72 could this be the speed sensor or the gauge it self? plz need input fast!

it could be that your speedo is just out of calibration. You can take it to the dealer or a good shop and they can recalibrate it for you. If not they will probably be able to tell what is bad.
