So iv finally decided to get off my *** and research this problem. My speedo has not worked. But before you all tell me to search around, my problems a bit diffrent the all the others. my speedo jumps to 20mph when i turn the car on. Then it gets more interesting, when i get over about 10mph it jumps up to 70mph and reads this until i hit about 70mph. At this point it drops anywhere from 70 down to about 15mph depending on how fast im going. If theres another topic about this already let me know and ill go read that. Thanks.

Your sensor is bad, or you have a wiring problem. Sounds like it may be hooked up wrong. Did you use the KA lower?

You can search for that answer... even if you use the wrong sensor it wont cause the OP's symptoms.

Sounds like its hooked up wrong.

Haha, yeah, gee, thanks, I've seen 3 different answers, the z32 being the most conclusive, but I'd like to have a better idea before i drop 80$ on a new sensor that does me no good.

thanks for nothing.
