Speedo Out - NOW What?

Well - my odometer died and I started taking parts out of my car! Is there any way to fix these once they die (speedo still works)? Also, can I add on the mileage that I missed? Am I doing something illegal?

I think you need to order a new odometer assembly... If I remember correctly, Joe at http://www.everythinginfiniti.com (1-888-216-5328) can have it set to what you need and ship it to you.

Once you have the new one, how do you set the actual mileage?

I bet they will set it for you if you give them the mileage.

Well - after taking it apart, adding 900 miles, and putting it all back together, the odometer works and speedo doesnt (I had a little trouble with the spring!)... at least I gave it a good run for its money!

I guess I'll be calling Joe in the morning!
