just take your as read speed times 85%.. 4.08 is about 15% taller than the 3.54, so for every 10 MPH you go, youll only be going 8.5MPH... You could do a simple formula in excel..... no problem, do it every 5 MPH

Gonna use a GPS to figure what real speeds are until the yellow box thing can be figure out.

As far as the speedo calibration for the 4.08, I am using the plastic gear for a 3.9 ratio. Once you get past this size, the plastic gear will no longer fit on the VSS of our cars.
So I just went with the 3.9 VSS gear. The speedo reads a bit optimistic, less than 5%.
If you run taller tires in the rear, then this would work out perfect.
if you ran a 245-45-18 in the rear, the difference would be perfect, within 1%
(26.7/26.1=1.02)
with that speedo sensor it reads about % faster... so for every 10MPH you go, your only going about 9.4 MPH (4.083/3.961= 1.0308, or about 3% faster
