speedo and reverse

so i got my sr running nice and smooth. but the only catches are the speedo doesnt work, i got the tach to work but the speedo is ?? same with the reverse lights they wont come on. ive been through 2 speed sensors , both came off a running ka24de, might try the 24e just for sh#ts and grinns, 1 ka24e cluster and 1 ka24de cluster. im on the de cluster now and ive checked all the wiring over and nothing comes to play. ive checked the wiring from the ecu and everything seems to be correct. but all n all she runs like a champ. scoots like a bat out of @#$$. any help would be greatly appreshated
