In my endless quest for rims, i have found that wheeloptions.com has a nice wheel/tire package for Speedmaster 15x7 (+31--not too shabby) SM-058 rims. Anyone hear of them before? They are manufactured by Esses, not sure about the country of origin, possibly Japan. Anyway. What do you guys think?

Here's a pic:

They look nice... but will they clear your brakes?

I'm pretty sure they will, the spoke design is pretty convex. IMO, if my se alloys can clear them with this much <------------------> space then i'm sure these will give them more than enough room.

I forgot to add in that i'm thinking of getting these vs. Team Dynamics Pro Race 1's that i can get custom drilled for my bolt pattern from their US warehouse in CA. The Team Dynamics are about $125 a piece and i have to pay for shipping. The Pro Race 1's are 15x7 as well, and are +35 offset. Here's a pic of them:

edit: Axel, I think you can go to esses.com and get the rims by themselves for $396 shipped.

Your'e thinking SSR's, (speed star racing) those are uber expensive, and not available in our bolt patterns in 15"

I'm going to give the guy (who's been real helpful, since they get special orders for rims anyway) a call tommorow and see what the shipping may be. In terms of construction these are both cast rims, although i don't know if they're low or high pressure cast or what. I'm leaning towards the Team Dynamics solely on the fact they have more of a reputation for quality. Cost is definitely an issue so if the shipping is kind of high I will go with the Speedmasters.
