SPEED SENSOR

So about 2-3 months ago I did auto to 5spd swap and used the wrong speed sensor it would show I was going 120mph in 2nd gear. My question is I just got a new 97 one and it does not come with a gear on it? Will the gear from the 91 speed sensor fit on it? And is the gear the main reason the speed is off so much?

So I just pulled the old one, the was off a 91 ka and the gear will not go on the 97 speed sensor. Is this the right one? Or did the send me the auto speed sensor?

You need the gear from the 1991-1998 240sx FS5w71c transmissions. I believe you can also use the gear from the sohc sensors from 89-90 since they have the same tooth count.

ill take that 91 speed sensor off your hands? its from a sohc right?

the ones you have pictures of above. there from a auto transmission. i know caust i have a 96 auto transmission and its the same exact thing.
