I replaced the speed sensor on my 1995 soosx 1.6l manual, which when I pulled it out it was snapped in half. My speedometor stopped working and my milage and trip meeter and cruise control do not work either. I replaced the speedometor with one from a junk yard and still nothing. i had code 14 and had it reset at autozone after i replaced the speed sensor. No check engine light but if I turn the dial ion the ecu code 14 still pulses. Am I missing something here? Is there more to this circuit? All I want is to know how frickin fast i am going.

did U check the Service Manual? I'm not sure but some models had a sensor on the Speedo (back of inst. cluster) But i cant remember, & i dont have a manual in front of me
