speed sensor question

hey i have a 95 240sx with a s13 redtop...hard thing to search for due to both "S13" and "S14" in the description

my speedo is reading about 110 at 45 and its hard to figure it out.i know i have the wrong sensor (91 dohc ka)

but to get to my question;

is the hole for the s13 and s14 the same on the transmission?

as in will a s14 speed sensor fit my transmission (the ka transmission) from my 95

Yes, the hole is the same on both s13 and s14 transmissions. And, if your trans. is from a '95 KA then it will fit because that is an s14 trans. casing. That is my setup. Make sure when you order the sensor (if that is what you do) to order the pinion gear and retainer clip at the same time
