Speed limiter removal for R32 Skylines?

How do I remove the rev limiter and top speed limiter for my R32 Skyline GTS?Can anyone help?

I remember cutting a wire that goes to the ecu...but that was FOREVER ago. These guys will be able to help you out though.

Don't **** this up, read carefully. This diagram assumes you are looking at the computer from harness end. Count the pins then count one more time. "*" is the wire.

I don't imagine that would work for a 95 GT-R, eh?

I actually tried the cutting the wire method on my gts-t and it didnt work.
