well i know there's the notorious cut the yellow and green wire method but that only goes so far.right after passing 117 my car hits rev limiter.i was wondering is there any other ways to get rid of the speed cut besides cutting the wire or removing sensors from your transmission

i also heard that if you get a SAFC that you could get rid of your speed limiter is this true or is it just a load of Bullspit

ive gone off the end of my speedometer onto the trip meter which looks like about 116, but ive never hit a limiter other than my own fear of the car falling apart, not like a supra which it dead steady at 130... thats what 3800 lbs gets you.

yeah back to the point at hand where is the limiter, i heard a auto ecu lets you hit like 140 in a manual 240.

yes it does.

the auto ecu removes the speed limiter, but there is defenitly still a rev limit, right at the printed redline.

JWT removes the top speed limiter, and they bump the rev limit up to 7k. it requires sending in your ecu usually unless they have your year in stock

I have known of two S13 SEs that both cut at 113mph. That's about where something blew up in mine...
