Spedometer Problem

I am new to this forum but have had my 240 for about 4 years. I have a problem I as hoping someone could help me with. I have a 91 240 LE coupe with a digital display for my spedometer. However, it only seems to work sometimes....it never works when I start the car but it does if I have been driving for a while....any ideas on what could be wrong???? Thanks for the help

Welcome to the forums. It could be a number of things - the digital speedo on our cars usually fail after a few years.

Click on the search button on the upper right, type in "speedometer" without the quotes, and start reading.

The easiest solution is usually to buy a replacement cluster that didn't go bad.
