now i follow oil, but i have a question. i have a buddy running a sr20ve in his b14 sentra. its bad! he will only use mobil one now and his viscosity of choice is not that great. my question is about redline. he says he used it once and got an oil analysis done. it came back with big time lead in it. they(blackstone) said its you bearing babbit. i confirmed for him that i thought that was a definite possibility and that they are easy to change on that motor(no main girdle). so he does it late one night. all better. the rod bearings that came out were a tiiiiiny little bit scuffed and thats it. now he is blaming redline.

question: does redline have lead in it along with zddp?please comment extensively fellas. i am in the dark here.

I have no clue, but if it does makes me not want to use redline. Cause I was thinkin about it.

i dont mind if redline has lead and there is a good reason for it, but i dont want my stuff falling apart.
