specific cooling problem

did the inclined "burping"(opened rad, resevoir, and bleeder valve) for 20 minutes because i didnt know if the water was boiling or air bubles were actually escaping.

anyways it doesnt heat up when im burping it. as soon as i put all the caps back together and drove down the road it started heating up again, not pegged out though.

as soon as i put it on heat on 1(lowest setting) it drops right down to normal temps in a matter of 10 seconds.

new t-stat is coming in tomorrow but i wanted to see what everyone else thought with these specific variables

Mine was similar last summer. Thermostat fixed it for me and not a hint of a problem since.

thats what i figured. i have to wait for my LAPS to get it in at noon

did u turn on ur heater full blast while incline bleeder valve burbping?

parked it on ramps, full blast heat, rad cap off, resevoir cap off, bleeder valve bolt off
