What are specific phones people have used for Blue tooth AND is there an UP TO DATE web that has the Versa Bluetooth compatibility phones rather than only the Quest?

I suspect any phone with Bluetooth Headset support made in the last year would be fine ... It's hard for Nissan to test every possible phone out there, so they give a pretty small list so far. One suspects the list provided was simply given by the manufacturer of the actual technology.

I have a Sony Ericsson w810i, which features Bluetooth 2.0. If the phone you are looking to get has 2.0, it should be fine.

If you already have a Bluetooth phone, go for a test drive and see if it works, the dealer should automatically bring this feature up as it's a big selling feature. If you are looking for a new phone for your existing Versa, find a cell phone dealer/friend with a demo phone of the one you want, and ask them to accompany you to your car for 3 minutes.

I take back my comment. My Treo 650 worked, but not that well. Every time I would reboot the phone, it would no longer automatically connect to the Versa. I had to turn the Treo's screen on and then it would connect. A couple days later I did something and I had to re-pair the Treo to the Versa... erasing my address book. It happened a couple of times. On a lot of Treo forums, people complain about the crappy Bluetooth on the Treos. I was not happy with the way it worked in the Versa, so I picked up a Samsung m500 to replace the Treo. So far it works perfectly. I turned off the phone and car a couple of times and it always keeps on reconnecting automatically, so it looks like it won't have the same problem as the Treo.

I have the T519 and my baby has the t509, they both work great! especially with the authorize option, I never have to look at the phone when i get in the car, i connects immediately, everytime i pull up to the house and i dont have my phone, I can see the light on the car turn on and it connects from the street! sweet!

I have the Sprint Katana by Sanyo and it works great with my bluetooth in my Versa. It connects automatically. If I'm using my phone before turning the car on, it connects automatically once the bluetooth is on- all while you're still talking on the phone. The audio transfer is pretty sleek and you don't have to tell the person on the phone that you have to call them back so you can connect via bluetooth.
