Specialty Garages in Oklahoma

So I haven't heard of any and I kinda ran into this problem last time I lived in the midwest. It just doesn't seem like the import building scene is as strong as it is in the south and northeast, and no where near anything like out west. Does anybody know of any shop on the OKC or tulsa area that are good with Nissan's or can atleast get parts? Im just tired of talking to shops out here where if it isn't bowties or blue ovals they don't care.
