what should i be looking to pay for a set of 19" Troubles and some rubber to wrap around them? this is the first time im buying new wheels, so i dont even know the first thing about it. i have no idea what offset means and what it does, let alone all the other numbers that are up there next to the different kind of wheels...all i know is the sizes. i also dont have a clue about picking tires to wrap them in....i figured you guys would be my best resource....HELP!!!! lol!!!
