I had my entire midsection bitten by fire ants at JRTC in 2000 during rehearsals. Went prone in a pile of them with a SAW but didn't see them until my gut and groin were on fire. There's a reason they're called "fire ants". We weren't even in the damned box yet.

I did not eat them however.
SAW...M249?Man, those sound badass.

One hell of a MOUT tool. The 249 was ok but the M24 SWS is more my style.

nothing like a ma duce Mp5's are cool to shoot also no range on them cause they were close up wepons my 1SG was a gun colllector and when we wnt to the range he would bring out some of his toys like a MP38 model 1921a thompson and his UZI now that s*** was awesome personally i liked the mp-38

yeah, because smacking your arm with the string on a 150lb draw bow hurts a hell of a lot worse then the recoil on any rifle.

Hey 1der...my old man might still have his Oneida Eagle compund recurve. He got it from my grandfather like eon's ago. I don't know if he still has it, but he never used it except for practice. Maybe has about 30 draws on it total. Would you be interested in that if he still has itand wants to sell it?

100% legit Repo, he got it years ago, and not sure if he has it anymore. If he does, I will see if he can get a pic of it. I will try to search the internet too to see if I can get a pic.

If I remember correctly, the one my dad has/had was a first run model, created exactly like the prototype but with all the bugs worked out. It had four sight pins, an attached sheath...what ever you want to call it...and some other goodies.

Found one.Of course it's not the one my dad has/had, but same principle and an 06 model.

They are actually quite cool. My ma has a standard wooden recurve. I would trust it though. It's older than I am and hasn't been strung in prolly 20 years.

No, it's from this thread. Click the post total for a thread (far right at the forum level viewing threads...) and it gives you that.

No way I've put down 66 this week...I wasn't here.
