So I bought this the other day very cool other then the fact that the mirror finish shows EVERY fingerprint.I got it to replace the cubecause that thing sucked, and was annoying as soon as the novelty of its size wears off...1 gig MD is bad ***...

umm I think they had 512 and 1 gig...for what ever reason (maybe because of the really low bit rate my recordings were) it wouldn't see the full gig of music I put on and would show the folders as emptie unless I used a computer.

It has horrible battery life though,that was my first problem with it...its also small but its square so its aqward in your pocket too. The radio on it doesn't pick up anything worth listening to but the local npr/jazz station. The worst part was if you didn't use it for a few weeks it would be dead anyways. I dont use it all the time so I was contantly going to use it only to find it dead.Ive been using my old mini disc player lately soi decided to buy a new one to make use of bigger discs.

Hi MD 1 gig disc $5 for Sony name brand 1 gig memory stick $50 for SanDisc brand... I get a bigger name brand for 1/10th the price

I cant get this thing to skip, but I can use all my old mini discs. I can use either a rechargeable slim batter or AA, and I can record cd quality sound anytime, split and label tracks from the portable MD player. No bigger then a normal mp3 player and easier to use then an ipod...

I usualy do ok figuring out electronics...I picked up an I pod (Ive only ever held one) and was thouraly confused. Then again I didnt realize till later it was a jog dial type thing, since it doesnt actualy move...

It was kinda dark too so I just kept pushing on different parts of the pad, like at the top, then at the bottom....I dunno I guess I wasn't cool enough for it.
