"Special" battery for 16 Q50 RS?

In 2014, the G37 Sedan became Infiniti Q50. G37 Coupe and Convertible became Infiniti Q60 under Infiniti's new naming structure - Here's the place to discuss the Q50 and Q60!

Was at the dealer today for an issue with my AWD. During the inspection they noted my battery seemed a bit weak and offered to replace it for *gasp* $560! :wtf2: They said this vehicle uses some kind of special battery but couldn't tell me what made it special. For $560 you ought to know what mine they harvested the nickel out of. Can anyone shed some light on this? I've not seen any indication that there is anything wrong with the battery, and upon visual inspection i don't see anything different with it than any other battery I've ever seen. The last time a dealer told me my battery was shot, it lasted three more years.

Not sure how special it is. Seems the stock number is 999M1-QC24F "Battery 700 CCA / 130 RC.". Any battery close to that CCA and a 24F groups size should work. parts.infinitiusa.com show them around 190.00 with pickup available at your local dealer parts counter (no shipping). Otherwise the Red Sport uses the same battery as the Premium edition, from what I understand.

Sorry for the slow response, this info may help someone else at this point.
