spec v throt body

i was wondering if i could get a thrott body off a 3.0 maxim and put it on my 02 2.5 spec.....

How would that work. The newer sentras use a electronic throttle? I assume the 3.L you're talking about is cable operated..sounds like to much of a hassle to me.

the reason is my throttel body is junk and i am looking for a cheap way out and i cant find one for my 2.5 in a junk yard. but i can find lots of maximas i meant to wright 3.5 and i thought if you put more air in you got a little more power well i dont know much about the motor of my car but i make a dope int. thanks for your help.....

Forced Induction Racing wsa making an after market throttle body for our cars. You might also check with Stillen and HP Autoworks.

I think you are thinking about the Sheet metal Intake Manifold that Travis made for one customer's car Kalok. I wasn't aware of him making throttle bodies.

Anyhow did you check http://www.car-part.com for a throttle body cause I am betting there are several on there. That website has junk yards all over the US on it and you can generally find at least one reasonably priced on there. I have used that website to locate several things for several newer cars on there.
