I have not got the Teins yet but I'm going to try and get them for about $1000.That price on those tires sounds a bit high for 50 series?

Hey Cory! When are you all going to do another photo shoot?I'd like to get in on it next time.If not to get some more shots of my car then to get some good ones of everyone elses.;)

Here is a couple shot of a few of my mods:

Magnaflow SS Catback

Place Racing Urethane Motor Mounts

I'd have more but I haven't downloaded them yet.

Here is my homepage that hasn't been updated in awhilehttp://www.cardomain.com/membe...0SE-R

i thought that price was kind of high, but he said he checked a couple of places and it was the cheapest he found for teh pilots, and im not sure if tha was 175per tire mounted or not? i dunno, but i guess if he has the money, the tires are worth it, espeially hauling around a wife and 3year old kid, and besides, they look badazz

Nice Jeff! How did the motor mounts effect your take off?I've herd that they almost eliminate wheel hop.How much are a set? That may be a better first mod than the Teins. My future mod list was 1-Teins2-tires+powdercoating wheels3-CAI4-hedder5-motor mounts6-NOS7-new tires LOL

I don't know I haven't really thought about it. Grant was the one that headed up the last one but we can try to get another one going.

Oh and sorry I didn't reply to your e-mail yet but I will just do it here. Yeah that would be cool to get a local SE-R AutoX team. Of course we would have to coerce Mike (RED_DET) also. I jyust got magnetic numbers though  but I still haven't decided if I want to keep running in the SM class or bounce down to the DSP or STS class if I take off my hood. I figure if I keep running novice that I will just habng in the SM class for now cause that is what I made my numbers.

It was actually the second mod I did back in the fall (the first being AEM intake). I have no wheelhop whatsoever and can launch at pretty much any RPM I want. Of course, the highly the RPM launch the more wheelspin/smoke/etc. Once I need new tires I get video of a nice smokey burnout for sure.

I think they ran me $230 in a group buy (got 15-20% off I think). I got one of the first 3 sets that Place Racing made. They are worth it if you don't mind the added vibration throught the car. Its not THAT bad, I just usually roll my right foot on the gas and brake at the same time to idle a little bit higher and it gets rid of it.

Teins are on my list to do in the future, just got save some money! I have too many projects and hobbies! Header and tires are next.

yeah, they use 3M windoweld. Its a messy process though. I believe there are actual inserts out now. If you search on the Vboard or b15sentra.net

Or just get solid polyurethane mounts from Place racing like me!

Yeah you can get full replacement mounts from place racing. There are a couple other people selling stuff also. ES makes inserts I believe and one guy on theVBoard (Yamarap) makes full replacements for the front and rear mounts and Cwepunk makes inserts also I believe.

No if you just brace the motor with a jackstand you can just pull out the mounts and fill them (I wouldn't pull them all out at the same time though) and let them sit overnight and pop them in the following day.
