A great resource for Nissan Sentra, Infiniti G20, 200sx, Pulsar, NX1600, NX2000, Tsuru, Primera and Sunny owners.

Just wondering what would be a good aftermarket exhaust for the spec-v.

So far Ive seen just about every popular brand of muffler put on the Spec V.I have an OBX two tip(round) style muffler on mine.I took off the resinator and ran 3" pipe back.I think that it sounds good.As far as the whole cat back system I think stillin finally has one out.you can see mine in the pics on my car domain site.;)

Well there are several systems out now that you can go with that are good.

HKS, Greddy EVO, Thermal Research and Development, VRS, Stromung. Most will hit somewhere around the $500 - $600 mark.

Of course your other option would be just getting a VRS exhaust pipe kit in either 2.25 or 2.5" mandrel bent stainless or plain aluminum. The you can slap on any universal muffler you desire.

I did the latter in 2.5" stainless with a 5Zigen Fireball muffler and I like it a lot.

I did the VRS 2.5 SS kit with a HKS Univ. racing. I would suggest a custom if you have an shop local. There are pics in my Sig.

Friend has Stillen, with Stillen CAI, its a low rumble, not too loud, but you can hear it, sounds healthy and performs well.
